If you have already used SEO then you should move to social media, forum, answers and etc to get more visitors and for more page views you have to optimize your website for same like adding related posts, linking older posts with new etc. keep on visiting.

i think if a website have millions of page views monthly than he will have no need of adsense whatever premium.advertiser will directly contact to place their ads.
